Selling a home can be stressful for sure. Ours was even more stressful since we were relocating to the east coast and trying to time the Reno sale and close on a property there. The whole process seemed daunting. So many moving parts! Well I am here to tell you that Barbie made the entire transaction so seamless. On Day 1 she went to work on a very aggressive marketing plan to sell our home. Many agents do a lot of talking about what they are going to do only to see their efforts slowly diminish over time. I cannot say enough good things about Barbie! All of our friends and family were so jealous of how easy and fast the process of both buying and selling our homes were! We were even out of the country for most of the process and Barbie handled everything efficiently and quickly so we could still enjoy our vacation! It’s not often you buy a house never being inside it and the listing agent has to be both sides of a reality transaction. Barbie was that for us. We did not live there and wanted to buy a house near family. Not only was Barbie the most responsive person I’ve ever dealt with I could tell she care about the buyer and the seller and everyone getting what they needed. She was patient, professional and just plain great, and we are happy to call her a friend. We’ve had a few things that have come up after buying and she is just as responsive now as she was then in helping us get what we need done. We’ve would highly recommend her as a realtor.
